Three Bed Flat Transformation

Chloe, London E3

A true modern urban dweller, Chloe had recently joined up with two friends and purchased their first home together - a beautiful modern new build flat nestled at the top of the phenomenal Carpenters Wharf Legacy House near Stratford.

They wanted to transform this clean and modern three bedroom flat, adding a well-needed injection of individual style. Already elegantly built, we created plenty of stand alone furniture pieces full of personality as well as a series of clever storage solutions that make all the difference to daily life.

Master Bedroom

In the master bedroom, Lozi created two bespoke pieces of furniture to enhance the room’s existing storage. A long L-Shaped wall-mounted headboards with integrated mini bedside shelves does away with a bulky bed base and makes the most of the space. The horizontal pattern in the oak finish extends the line of sight, making the room feel bigger than it is.

In the corner by the door, an extra shelving unit, with open plan bookshelves and drawers giving that extra bit of storage needed on top of the existing fitted wardrobe. In the corner, a clever dresser in a birch finish combines with a box seat on wheels, adding storage and creating a neatly compact dressing area.

Guest Bedroom

We created a set of elegant pieces of furniture, a mix of our standard pieces available in our online shop and some bespoke designs adapted to the space and their tastes. Lozi’s signature curved bed-frame is the focal point of this beautiful room, the warmth of the oak finish contrasting softly with the colder blue tones in two small storage units and the soft neutrals in the bedsheets.

Two small storage units - one mini chest of drawers and one curved unit based on our modular storage system work together thanks to the delicate mirroring of the paint colours on the doors whilst the difference in shape and style avoids making the space look too “matchy-matchy”.

A bespoke wall mounted bedside table based on our U-shelf completes the look, creating a simple and space saving solution in this smaller bedroom.

Living Room

Chloe already had a collection of beautiful furniture, like the globe bar and unusual coffee table. Her living room, with its stunning views across Hackney Marshes, needed very little work. A long Wave Shelving unit finished in Seagull Grey paint gives that extra bit of storage and one of Lozi’s translucent veneer Round pendant lamps gently warms up the corner of the room.
